vegan corndogs

Ingredients
1 cup flour2/3 cup corn meal1/4 cup sugar1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 brick silken tofu1 1/4 cup almond milk or soy1 tsp salt1 tbsp agavevegan hot dogs or sausages
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine all your dry ingredients and whisk together.
Add your tofu and mash it up.
Add the wet ingredients and the Agave and mix together.
Set in fridge for 10-15 mins
Heat a pot of oil to 350 degrees
Put your dogs on a skewer and coat with some corn starch.
Dip in batter and place in oil until brown
