Ingredients:Broccoli, fresh, 1 spear (about 5" long) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 large PAM Olive oil spray Net 141 g, 10 gram(s) Splitz Tamrind concentrate Net 227 g, 30 gram(s) Garlic, 10 grams Salt, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 0.75 tbsp Parsley 1 tbspRed chilli powder 1 tbsp
1) Cut Broccoli,green bell pepper, onion.
2) Mix with tamarind, garlic, salt, ginger, parsley and red chilli powder.
3) Roast with PAM till broccoli is browned and sizzling.
4) Serve with tomato sauce.
