Chili Verde Salad

Ingredients
3 lbs Pork roast or chops2 lg cans whole tomato's4 sm cans green chilis'3 cloves of garlic1 med onions16 oz cheddar cheeselettucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cube pork and add tomato's, chili's, garlic, onion, and salt and pepper in slow cooker. Let cook on high for 5 hours or until pork falls apart stirring occasionally.

Pour 1 cup of meat mixture over lettuce and garnish with cheese
