Ingredients
* 1 loaf of french bread (about 18") sliced lengthwise * *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3/4 cup * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz
Directions
toast french bread, brush with olive oil (optional)
Spoon sauce and top with cheese plus any veggies desired.

    Great idea - thx! For mine, I used what I had on hand, which was a multi-grain french bread. Toasted on a stove top griddle and melted the Italian cheese on top of veggies and garlic by putting it under the broiler for a couple minutes. I drizzled a very small amount of good olive oil. Hit the spot! - 8/22/09
