Morning Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Plain Torani Sugar-Free Syrup1 Tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Golden Flax seed, ground.1/3 Cup Trader Joe's Almond Meal1.5 oz Philladelphia Brand Cream CheeseSaltButterHeavy Cream
Directions
Grind the flax seed (I used a Bullet blender) and measure out 1 Tablespoon. Mix in a cereal bowl with the 3 Tablespoons syrup and let sit for a moment after stirring. Add almond meal and salt to taste; stir. Add the cream cheese (no need to stir.) Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine (cream cheese should be melted enough.)
Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Top with butter and heavy cream.
