Mixed bean chili/soup (VEGAN)

Ingredients
2 cups dried beans of your choice. (We use, pinto, black, kidney and black eyed) soaked over night in water and drained.8 Cups Water1 Cup fresh tomatoes, par-boiled, skinned, and pureed. Or use canned tomato sauce. We like the fresh ones best!1 cup carrots diced 1 half red onion, chopped.1 Tbs. Salt1/8th Tsp. Cayenne pepper1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Put all ingrediants into a pot or slow cooker and let boil on low all day. Enjoy for days!
