Ingredients
1 large sweet potato approximately 5 inches long, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds1.5 tbsp of coconut oil1 tbsp of kosher salt/sea salt2 tsp of coarse ground pepper
Directions
Heat grill to high. Melt oil in microwave. toss with sliced sweet potato, season with salt and pepper. Place on grill for 10 min. Turn at approximately 5min, once browning and starting to crisp. Remove to plate to cool and serve.
