57 Gram(s) 2 ounces butter1 Tablespoon_m(s) (any oil you like) olive oil5 egg8 Tablespoon_m(s) 1/2 cup of splenda32 Tablespoon_m(s) 2 cups of ground linseeds or Flax Seeds1 Tablespoon_m(s) cinnamon1 Teaspoon_m(s) baking powder1 Teaspoon_m(s) baking soda1 Teaspoon_m(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
Cream the butter, oil, eggs and splenda.
Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put into oiled/buttered loaf tin
Bake at 170 C / 340 F for about 35 minutes
