Huevos Rancheros

1 tbsp light margarine1/4 cup chopped ripe tomato1/4 cup chopped onions 6 eggs
Directions
Melt butter, add tomato and onion. Sautee few minutes over low to medium heat. Add eggs, scramble together. Add salt to taste
