1/2 C. light butter8 oz. fat free cream cheese2 tsp. garlic powder (variable to your own taste!)2 C. 1% milk (this is flexible depending on your own sauce thickness preferences!)6 oz. grated parmesan cheese (also flexible depending on cheesiness preferences!)
Melt butter then add cream cheese and garlic powder and whisk until smooth.
Add milk in small amounts, whisking until smooth between.
Stir in grated parmesan and season with pepper to taste.
