Turkey Roll-ups

Ingredients
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature8 oz sour cream, fat free1 (1 ounce) packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip dry mix1 cup chopped cucumber1 lb deli turkey sliced thin8 large flour tortillas
Directions
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch together in a bowl until there are no big lumps of cream cheese. Stir cucumber into cream cheese mixture. Put a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on a tortilla leaving about a 1/2 inch space around entire tortilla. Put sliced turkey on top. Roll up tightly, wrap tightly with saran wrap. To serve, cut into 1 inch pieces.

Serving Size: Makes 96 roll-ups, 16 servings of 6 each.
