Liver and onions - Beef

Ingredients
Pastured Beef liver, 453.5 grams Organic onions, raw, 1 largeEjay's Natural Salt Pork, 283.5 grams NONE HYDROGENATED Lard, 1 tbsp
Directions
Slice the onion into rings.
Slice the salt pork and liver into manageable pieces.
Fry the onions and pork over a love heat until the onions are soft.
Add the liver and cook over the same low heat until cooked through but not rubbery.
