Beva's Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
1 lg can of diced tomatoes (796mL).66 c chickpeas (drained and rinsed)1 c frozen mixed vegetables (I used Great Value)1 c uncooked Catelli Smart Macaroni.25 tsp hot sauce1 tsp. oregano1tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 med. white mushroom cut in pieces
Directions
Cut up mushroom.
Mix all ingredients in a 10 inch skillet with cover (I use a pizza pan)
Bring mixture to a boil. Med.-high heat.
Reduce heat to low, cover.
Let simmer for 25 min.
Top with grated parmesan cheese or breadcrumbs (not included in nutritional information)
