Ingredients
1 cup of Diet Cola1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup1 Tbsp Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce1 Tbsp Bourbon6 oz Thigh meat cut into 1-inch cubes
Directions
Prepare the meat...cutting into cubes and removing the fat. Put all ingredients in a non-stick skillet and bring to a light boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to a medium heat setting to simmer. Stir occasionally for about 8 minutes...until chicken is coated and cooked through. Serve over rice or stir-fry vegetables for a complete meal. The remaining sauce is a nice stir-in for rice or vegetables.
