Paula's Chicken Chili

1 can of diced tomatoes1 package of fresh mushrooms2 stalks of celery1 red bell pepper2 zucchini2 cooking onions2 cloves garlic1 jar Prego Spaghetti sauce1/3 pkg of Club House Chili seasoning5 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can Primo Black beans2 cups frozen corn
Empty the sauce and tomatoes into the crock pot and turn on high. Cut up veggies and add as you go, leaving out the frozen corn and black beans. Cook on high for 3 hours then add corn and beans cook for another hour on high then turn down to low. Shred the chicken (usually i use the spoon and it come apart easily). You can eat immediately or leave it a little longer on low. I serve it up in whole wheat tortillas that i make into a bowl.
