Southbeach Ham, Veggies, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
10 eggs, beaten1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese1 cup reduced fat cheddar or mexican blend1 cup sliced zucchini1 cup sliced mushrooms2 tbsp chopped green onion1 cup chopped ham
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Sautee zuchinni and mushrooms until tender
3. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and top with ham, vegetables, onions, and cheese
4. Beat together eggs and cottage cheese and pour on top. Mix together.
5. Bake until set, about 35 minutes.
