Greek Pasta Salad in a Meal

Ingredients
6 c cooked whole wheat pasta (about 1 13-oz box)2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced (about 3 c)2 boxes cherry or grape tomatoes, halved (about 3 c)1 c crumbled feta cheese1 can whole black olives, sliced in quarters lengthwise1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 large chicken breast, sliced smallred onion, sliced thin (optional)2 t dried oregano1/2 c extra virgin olive oil3 T red wine vinegarSalt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Place pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, beans, chicken, onion and oregano in a large bowl. Add oil; toss to coat. Add vinegar; toss to coat. Add salt and pepper; toss and serve
