1/3 cup flour (plus a T or two to desired thickness)4 eggs5 T butter or Coconut oil2 T honey (optional)1/2 t baking soda
mix all together with mixer or immersion blender, form into 9 "balls" and push lightly with spoon. cook at 400 for 11-15 minutes, until starting to brown
