Quick Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large - roughly chopped Garlic, 3 cloves - roughly choppedCanned Tomatoes, 2 canBasil, .5 tbspBread - Multigrain Toast Slice, 1 sliceSugar, 1 tspBalsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Put all ingredients apart from sugar and balsamic into a food processor and blitz until fairly smooth.

Put in a saucepan, and heat gently, stirring constantly so the bread doesn't catch.

Just before serving, stir in sugar then add the balsamic.
