broccoli surprise

13.5 oz broccoli, cut up 40 g dried apricots, diced25 g papitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)60 g non-fat plain yogurt1 T balsamic vinegar10 g honey2 T unsweetened apple juice
Directions
Cut up the broccoli, and apricots and mix with the papitas. Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over broccoli. Mix to coat
