Black Bean Mango Salad 0.75 cup

Ingredients
10-12 ounces fresh or frozen (fully thawed) mango2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or basil1 medium bell pepper, chopped1/2 cup corn (frozen canned or fresh)3 cups cooked black beans3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon ground cumindash chili powder9 cups chopped romaine lettuce, if you want to serve over salad
Directions
(If using fresh corn, water saute for about 5 mins or until tender.) Mix all ingredients together, and let sit at least 15 mins. Serve on top of lettuce, optional.
