Joey's Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts6 slices whole wheat bread1 can French Fried Onions3 Tbsp light margarine1/4 cup warm water3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Add bread and fried onions to food processor, and process until crumbs. Pour into a large bowl.
Melt margarine in a medium bowl. Add warm water and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Pound chicken breasts flat. Dip in liquid, then coat with crumb mixture. Place a little extra crumb mixture at the end of each breast, and roll up. Place seam side down in a baking dish.
Bake at 400F for about 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180F.
