Beef and Bean Taco Casserole

1lb lean ground beef1 can (16oz) refried beans1 jar salsa (16oz)1 pkg taco seasoning2 1/2 cups tortilla chips coarsley broken1/2 medium green bell pepper4 green onions sliced2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 cup shredded cheese1/4 cup sliced olives1 cup shredded lettuce
1. Heat oven to 350 F. In 12in skillet, cook beef over medium high heat 5-7 minutes, stiring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in refried beens, salsa and taco seasoning mix. Reduce heat to medium. Heat to boiling, stiring occasionally.
2.In ungreased 2quart casserole, place 2 cups of the broken tortilla chips. Top evenly with beef mixture. Sprinkle with bell peppers, onions, 1 cup tomato, cheese, and olives.
3. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Top baked casserole with lettuce, remaining tomatoes and remaining tortilla chips.
