Salmon Patties

Ingredients
8 oz cooked salmon, chopped1 cup panko bread crumbs1 egg, beaten1 clove garlic, diced1 t dijon mustard2 T non fat greek yogurt1/2 cup onion, diced1 T chives, chopped1 T parsley, chopped1/2 t salt1/2 t pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and divide into 4 equal patties. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, this makes sure that your patties do not fall apart when cooked.

Cook over medium heat in non stick skillet for 4 minutes each side.
