Southwest tuna salad

1 Can - Tuna (in water), drained2 Tbsp - Greek Yogurt, plain, nonfat2 Tbsp - Salsa1/2 of an Avocado, cubed (roughly!) Juice of half a lime.1/2 tsp - Onion powder1/4 tsp - Garlic powder1/4 tsp - Cumin1/2 Cup - Black beans, no salt added or very well rised.1/2 Cup - Red peppers, diced2 Tbsp - Green onions, sliced2 Tbsp - Fresh Cilantro (optional)
Serving Size: 2
1. In a medium size bowl, combine the tuna, yogurt, cumin, onion and garlic powders and lime juice. Mix well with a fork, cutting tuna in to small pieces.
2. Fold in the Avocado, black beans, peppers and green onions.
3. Season with additional lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
SERVE with a whole grain tortilla or some fruit for a more complete meal.
