Ingredients
Kala Channa (Uncooked) 100 Grams=1Cup, 1 cup Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Ginger Root, 4 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves, minced Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp Stewed Tomatoes, .5 cup Salt, 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper, .1250 tsp Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Rinse and soak channas overnight.
Drain and add all ingredients and cook in pressure cooker till channas are soft and ready.
