Low Carb Egg Salad

6 Hard boiled eggs3 Tbls regular mayonaisse1 Tbls dill pickle relish (not sweet)1 Tbls yellow mustard1 tsp white pepper1 tsp dried dill (optional but very good)
Hard boil the eggs
Cut up or shreed the eggs
Add the mayo, pickle relish, mustard, pepper and dill
Mix all together and eat plain or on lettuce or if not low carb eating then have on bread or crackers.
Serving Size: This makes 2 servings of 3 eggs each.
