Ingredients
5 Frozen chicken breasts1 1/2 cups strained tomatoes1 Package low sodium taco seasoning1/2 Large onion, chopped
Directions
Place frozen chicken breasts into slow cooker
Add chopped onion
Sprinkle evenly taco seasoning
cover with strained tomatoes.

Cook on Hi setting in slow cooker for 4-6 hours. Serve with rice, beans, or tortillas.
