Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 93% lean1 cup dry quick cooking oats2 large eggs1 small carrot, finely chopped1 small zucchini, chopped2 cups spinach, chopped1 clove garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped4 stalks celery, chopped3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
