White Chocolate Pistachio Nut Cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 eggs1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon honey1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/8 teaspoon salt2/3 cup white chocolate chips1/3 cup pistachios, chopped1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla and honey. Sift in flour, baking soda, salt. Stir in white chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased pans. ( I prefer to line them with parchment)
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
Serving Size: Makes 24-28 cookies
