Red cabbage and mixed vegetable salad

75g red cabbage chopped75g broccoli chopped2 med carrots gratted2 sticks celery sliced2 spring onions150g smoked or marinated togu diceddressing2 tbsp cold pressed mixed seed oil1 tablespoon lemon juice or cidre vinegarfresh ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
chop, grate and slice salad ingredits combine in a bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients of salad together and pour over salad. toss together and serve.
