Italian-seasoned Chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
1 chicken breast/thigh quarter1 medium potato10 baby carrots2 slices onion1 pat butter2 tbsp italian salad dressingSeasonings (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Defrost chicken. Cut potato, onion and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken and vegetables in glass dish. Smear chicken lightly with butter, pour italian salad dressing over chicken, and add seasons to taste (suggested: parsley, italian seasonings, seasoned salt, etc.). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30-45 minutes (check to make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly). Serves 1 person.
