North Woods Chicken & Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp oil1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup diced celery and carrots each6 oz chopped cooked chicken1/2 cup wild rice blend1 tsp tarragon1/2 tsp pepper2 cans chicken broth12 oz fat free hald and half
Directions
Heat oil in skillet and cook onion until tender. Place onion, celery, carrot, chicken, rice, tarragon, pepper and chicken broth in a 31/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook for 6 to 10 hours. Stir half and half into soup just before serving.
