Fish with Ratatouille

Ingredients
1 tsp crushed garlic2 small onions, finely chopped2 Zucchini, sliced1 tsp mixed herbs2 tbsp tomatoo paste400g canned tomatoesSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste500g steamed fish fillets
Directions
Cook garlic and onion in a non stick pan, add zucchini and herbs mix well.

Saute for 2-3 mins.

Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes and seasoning.

bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Serve by placing the fish on a bed of ratatouille
