Kiwi Avocado Protein Shake

Ingredients
6 oz skim milk4 oz almond milk1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)1 tbsp flax seed (preferrably sprouted)1 kiwi, washed, ends trimmed and cubed (skin on)1/4 of an avocado, cubed
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and liquify for about a minute or until fully blended.
