*Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) *beef boullion cube, 2 serving Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Chop potatoes and onion or use dry chives. Add to 6 cups boiling water, with peas and boullion. Cook for 45 minutes. Blend in blender until smooth adding water to thin if needed.
Serve hot.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings about 1 cup or a little more.
