Summer squash, 2 medium (remove)Zucchini, baby, 2 medium (remove)*Chayote (Mirliton) 5-3/4 inch, 2 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Julienne each of the vegetables. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a wok. Stir fry vegetables in olive oil until crisp tender.
