Ingredients
1 medium Russet Potatocooking spraysalt to tasteparchment paper
Directions
1. Using a knife or mandoline slicer slice potato to desired thickness...1/8 inch - 1/16 inch

2. Rinse potato slices several times to remove starch

3. Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper. Arrange potato slices on plate. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Salt and season to taste

4. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, opening door to check every minute. Remove when chips start to slightly brown. This may take less than 5 minutes

5. Allow chips to cool and enjoy
