Baked Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
1.5 cups quick cooking oats1/8 cup brown sugar1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup skim milk2 tbs butter or margarine1 egg1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla4 tbs peanut butter
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together and stir. Mix milk and egg in measuring cup and add to dry ingredients. Add in margarine, vanilla and peanut butter and stir well. Spread into greased (I used cooking spray) 8x8 or 9x9 dish. Bake 20 minutes or longer if you like it a little crunchy on top.
