4 chicken thighs3 garlic cloves2 tbsp butter (room temperature)1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper8 slices turkey bacon
Blend together the room temperature butter with the fresh garlic. Season each chicken thigh with salt, pepper, and garlic butter. Take 2 turkey bacon strips and lay them side by side. Then roll a seasoned thigh up in the 2 strips and place them seam side down on a lined baking sheet. Repeat the process for the remaining thighs and place them in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
