Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon (wild caught) drained2 large eggs, lightly beaten1 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs1 tsp pepper (or less)2 green onions sliced thin include some green stem for color or add fresh parsley.1/4 cup skim milk Mix all ingredients together well, if the mix seems too dry add milk 1 tblsp at a time.Place mix in a loaf pan (olive oil or pam to prevent sticking) and bake 45-50 min.
Directions
Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minuets. Watch so the edges don't get too crispy
