Ingredients
250ml Orley Whip Dessert Topping5ml peppermint essence/extract360g Nestle Caramel treat80g Cadbury Bournville Mint Chocolate (grated)1 pkt tennis biscuits1 Nestle peppermint crisp
Directions
Beat the Orley whip until it is stiff. Add the peppermint essence, grated chocolate and the caramel treat and beat well.

in a rectangle container place a layer of tennis biscuits along the bottom.
Alternate the Orley Whip mixture over the biscuits (1 layer biscuits 1 layer Orley Whip mixture).

Refridgerate for 3+ hours. Serve cold.
