Shredded Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 boneless Chuck Roast (4 lbs.)1 large onion (thinly sliced)1 cup ketchup1/4 c. lemon juice3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp liquid smoke24 hamburger buns
Directions
Cut roast in half & place in a slow cooker. Top with onion. Combine the next eight ingredients; pour over roast. Cover & cook on low for 8-9 hours or until the meat is tneder. Remove roast & cool slightly; shred meat with two forks. Skim fat from cooking liquid. Return meat to the slow cooker; heat through. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/3 cup meat mixture on each bun.

Serving Size: 1 bun with 1/3 cup meat mixture.
