Ingredients
One Head of Cauliflower 1 Broccoli Crown 1 Large or 2 small ZucchiniSalt and Pepper to tasteOlive Oil Parmesan Cheese grated.
Directions
Cut up Cauliflower, Broccoli & Zucchini. Add Olive Oil, Salt & pepper to taste and toss. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 400 for 17 to 20 min.
