Claudia's fish chowder

Ingredients
Tsp olive oil1 cups onions chopped1 cups potatoes chopped1/2 cup celery chopped4 cups chicken stock - no fat low salt2 cups fat free milk1 pound frozen fishground pepperhuge clove garlic dicedrosemary and thyme to taste
Directions
Saute onion in oil till clear. Add celery and potato and stir fry 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and seasonings and cook 30 min. Puree with stick blender. Add chopped fish and cook till fish is done. Add milk, adjust seasonings.

Serving Size: makes 5 - 2 cup servings
