Cheese Chips - Low Carb - Body Trim

Ingredients

1 slice of Kraft free cheeseSprinkle of your favorite spice
Unwrap cheese and cut into 9 pieces
Sprinkle with a light coating of your favorite spice ( I use cajun spice... YUM)
Lay them on a sheet of baking paper, with equal spaces between them over the sheet
Place in microwave on high for approx 2 min (this time will vary, depending on your microwave)
Keep an eye on them, they will start to rise as they cook. Wait until they start to turn brown, then stop.
Take them out. Let them cool for 1 min
PRESTO!! Chips!

These are great! I have used sharp, colby, chedder and pepper jack, and even mixed them for pepper chedder. I buy block cheese because its cheaper and cut them in small squares, then keep them ready to micro. I make a lg bowl full at a time and throw a few in a small bowl for a snack on the way home - 11/5/12
