Ingredients
*Baby Red Potatoes - 1 medium potato, 5 serving *Green Onion 1 cup chopped*Country Crock, 10 tbsp *Daisy lite sour cream, 10 tbsp
Directions
Slice red potatoes, steam for approx 20 mins
Cut green onions
mix sour cream and butter, then add potatoes and green onions. Serve warm.
