2lb ground meat1 garlic clove4 tomatoes 1/2 large onion6 stick cilantro2 jalapenos1/2 cup jalapeno juice (vinegar that the jalapeno is can in)
cook ground meat in skillet with a clove of garlic and salt to taste. while that cook chop all other ingredients place in bowl. when the ground meat is cooked place meat in strainer to remove fat then let cool 15 min. when cool mix in to the other ingredients add juice. can be eaten on tostadas or with chips
