1 Tablespoon Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar.5 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

just mix all the ingredients well, the mustard makes it a little thicker and it and the cider vinegar give a little more of that bite. Make sure to add salt and pepper or other herbs if you like. Other things such as honey, maple syrup or any kind of salad oil could be added but it will change the calorie cound
