My Cococranwalnut Lara Bar

Ingredients
1/3 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut1/3 cup craisins3 walnuts9 dates
Directions
Place dates in a food processor and blend until they're the size of sprinkles. Then add the other ingredients until the dates are mushy. Form into a log or squares, cut into 4 equal pieces and refrigerate until ready to eat.
